Amrop Germany and Civitas International are merging their business activities in Germany with immediate effect.
Civitas International, headquartered in Germany, has joined forces with Amrop’s existing German business, adding significant presence for Amrop in Germany and strengthening the group’s capabilities across the EMEA region.
Founded in 1971 in Munich and London, Civitas International is one of the longest-established executive search firms in Germany, with a strong market position and respected brand.
With a combined team of 9 Partners and 40 employees in Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and Munich, the new company is consolidating its position as one of the leading executive recruitment consultancies in Germany.
The new firm will operate as AmropCivitas.
The merger brings together two respected firms and creates a significant footprint for Amrop in the German market. By combining the services and expertise of the two organizations, AmropCivitas will substantially expand its position in the German market while working in close partnership with Amrop’s worldwide network of firms.
In addition to executive and board-level recruiting, AmropCivitas offers specialized leadership services such as Leadership Assessment and Organizational Development.
